Questions before you reserve.

Do I have to pay to join?

No. Joining the list is free. If you want to hold a place in line for an early unit, you can reserve with a $40 refundable deposit, but you don’t have to.

What happens to my $40?

It holds your place in line. It counts toward your Lumi, and we refund it in full if you change your mind any time before your mirror ships.

Does it work on every skin tone?

It has to. Camera-based readings can be less accurate on darker skin, so we are validating Lumi across the full range of skin tones and will publish the results before we ship.

Is it a medical device?

No. Lumi is a wellness product. It labels every number for what it is: a reliable reading, an estimate, a trend or a change from your usual. Blood pressure is not measured by the mirror.

Where does my video go?

Nowhere. Video is processed on the mirror itself and never leaves your home. Only your numbers sync, and only to you.

When will it ship?

Early units go to reservations in order. We’ll email your ship date and confirm the final price before you pay anything more.
